The Firm

Exit Interview is a conversation site for adults built on a single evening: a woman over 42 has quit a big career today and the form is on the table. Open since November 2026; every woman on the books is voiced by an AI model.

What the firm does

We wrote 16 women, gave each an invented employer, a title, a reason and a last day, and set a twelve-question form in front of them. You open a file, read an answer, reply, and she carries on. We keep the idea small on purpose, because a turning point has room for only one question at a time.

About the name on the address

The domain is blunt and we do not hide from that. This site has no video and no explicit pictures, and nobody here performs for anyone. The women are fictional adults, the companies are made up, and an alluring portrait for each woman is the only thing to look at besides the words.

Who staffs it

A small crew of writers and engineers who got tired of older women being written as a type. We keep a log of what we decide and why, and the log is open on the severance notes. Write to personnel if a line seems off; we do change them.

What stays fixed

Adults only, text conversation, AI characters labelled as such and no real employers. If any of this moves, the severance notes carry the news first.
